Rebel Email Terms Of Service
By signing up and actively using the Rebel Email program you agree to all terms and conditions
set forth in this agreement. Rebel Email may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete
portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its
members. Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an
email to their primary contact email address provided upon signing up with Rebel Email .
If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate
this agreement. Your continued participation in the Rebel Email program following our posting
of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding
acceptance to the change.
Responsibility of Members:
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this program. Our program
is open to both US and International members with the exception of China and is void where prohibited by local
governing laws.
You agree to and must use your own name and email address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity. You may not sign-up multiple times with different email addresses. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing Rebel Email account. Also add that we will delete inactive account 30 days old and any earnings will be forfeited. Any member that has requested payout and has an inactive account upon payment, will not be paid. Rebel-Email will require all members to click at least 20 ads (4 emails) each month in order to stay an active member. This does not include ptc ads. Any member that cannot click 20 links a month will have their account deleted.
VACATION MODE
The vacation mode is designed to help members that are going to be unable to access their account for over 30 days, to keep their account from being inactive. This option is not to be abused. The vacation mode is only allowed for 3 months out of a year, except in the case of an emergency, and this will be decided by the webmaster. Any member that has had their account set to vacation for more than 3 months out of an entire year without contacting the webmaster about an emergency, will be deleted for inactivity.
You will use your email address / password combination to access your account,
it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential, you may change
this information by logging into your account and following the "User Account
Info." link.
You are solely responsible for any and all use of your Rebel Email account including authorization
by you to any third party individual who may use your account.
Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to
be inappropriate or illegal by Rebel Email be detected it may result in member termination
and possible legal action. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation
email for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate
termination.
COMPLAINTS / CONCERNS
Any complaint or concern should be addressed to the administration staff of this website. These communications should be stated in a professional manner lacking any belligerent attacks. Failure to communicate in a professional manner will result in the IMMEDIATE cancellation of your account.
Use of public forums for problem resolution is not encouraged or tolerated by this website. Any member taking an issue to a public forum PRIOR to response from the administration staff will be immediately terminated forfeiting all earnings and referrals.
THIS IS NON NEGOTIABLE!!!!
You must maintain your e-mail account that you used when signing up with Rebel Email . You agree to receive e-mail advertising from Rebel Email, limited to no more than (100) per day.
In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed or blocked to messages
from Rebel Email , your account will be deducted 50 cents per email This especially applies to e-mail accounts
returned for being full. Any member sending us gibberish will result in automatic
termination of account and Forfeiture of All earnings to date of termination.
Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately.
Relationship of the Parties:
You and Rebel Email are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates
any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment
relationship between you and Rebel Email . You understand that you do not have authority
to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of Rebel Email . You
may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict
anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment
of any taxes for money earned while using the program.
Limitation of Liability:
Rebel Email will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other
indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of
or related to this Agreement or Rebel Email program, even if Rebel Email has been advised of the
possibility of such damages. Furthermore, Rebel Email aggregate liability arising under
this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to
you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or
expiration of the Agreement.
Payments:
Members may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites
after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by
Rebel Email . Members may earn by referring new members to the Rebel Email program. Members will
earn a percentage of advertising revenues collected by Rebel Email . Payments are made via PayPal, AlertPay, Revolution Money Exchange (for US members), and Liberty Reserve (for International members). Rebel Email will pay members when their balance reaches the minimum of $5.00 with $2.00 personal earnings
payout rate set by Rebel Email. Once the member has reached payout they may request payment, but members only limited to one payout in a months time.
Payments will be made when the funds are available. Your name will be added to a payout waiting list upon requesting payout. Upon reaching your name, you will be paid when the funds are available.
Spam:
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING),
newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply
will result in immediate termination of your membership with Rebel Email and may result
in legal prosecution. Rebel Email strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal
crime. Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated
immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be
held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations
that may arise from the Spamming incident. Rebel Email may charge up to $200 per spam email
sent. Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved
accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud.
Rebel Email will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign-ups.
